Fox and the Hound - Round 2 - 2 WEEKS LEFT IN THIS SEASON!
Not much to say, since I was out just before the final table. Some people we haven't seen in a while showed up. Everyone drank and ate, but no free food this time. My theory is that last time we didn't make enough for them in alcohol sales. I think Fourteen showed up. Another cute waitress, Peggy served us well. There was debate about who the cuter waitress was. Most liked Peggy more, I personally liked Gabby. Someone, I won't say who, stated that I like the dark meat better. Some truth to that, but I like a girl who has a nice car, like a Trans-Am. Speaking of Trans-Am's, There was a distraction at the first table, that continued through to the final table. Much talk revolved around it and many lost focus. I don't know if this conversation continued, but I am sure that it did knowing those involved.
Accusations of working with the NSA
Everyone is not sure how I remember the hands. I am a very visual person and therfore remember all I see! I was likened to the NSA. So, please do remember that I see everything and have it stored away for later blogs or possibly extortion. I believe there are some of you who I can extort more from than others.
Poker
Ryan made a full-house on the opening hand. Was this a sign of what was more to come? I don't know, but he was playing at the final table. So we'll see if he gets more points to pull away from me or not. Asshole!
Ryan was wielding after I played a hand with four to the flop. 5-5-6 came on the flop. We all checked and then a 4 came on the river. Kevin checked, Brad bet out, I called and everyone else folded. An 8 fell on the river. Brad bet I called afraid of the straight, but showed the 5-9. Ryan went off! He was titlting and wasn't even in the hand. Saying that I played garbage like that and thought I was a percentage or math minded player.
Brad was accumulating chips by hitting hands, rivering a 5 with a paired board, giving Brad a full-house over Kevin's trip 9's.
Ryan made a second full-house and accumulated more chips. But, I got some of those chips when I called pre-flop with pocket fours. Three other players limped in. The flop came, A-9-4. Everyone checked the flop and on the turn another Ace paired the board. Everyone checked around to Ryan and Ryan bet out 1200, I shoved all-in. Ryan thought a while but folded.
Since I had been right around the starting amount the whole time, because my chips were coming and going. I could not gain any ground. After the break, I picked up pocket Aces, with a leass than average stack, I thought I would play them to try and gain more chips. I called and saw the flop. I bet out, but was called by Kevin. The flop was Q-K-3. Kevin was on the big blind and checked the turn and river, I bet the turn and river and continued to call me down. Kevin showed Q-3, he had two pair. I lost more than half my stack on that one, ouch! A few hands later, I picked up pocket 7's with only about 3,000 left, I shoved. Qtip shoved with 5,000 and Brad accidently called with 10h-9h. He didn't see Qtips all-in. So he had to put out 2,000 more. But, he eliminated us both, when I showed pocket 7's, and Qtip a pair of K's. The board was heart, non-heart, heart, non-heart, Ace of hearts! That is where I left off and I end this weeks entry!
Have no idea who made the points and money, nor do I know where we will be next week.
Only a 2 weeks left for this season!
