EVERYONE READ LAST PARAGRAPH, NO SMOKING!!!!

Sixteen showed up to play plus two G's that hosted.  Starr held her own and I finished in the money.  But, let's not get ahead of ourselves.  First to try and remember what transpired at the table.  Let's see, Judd was hitting and won with pocket deuces against Starr.  He made quad deuces with the two deuces that came on the board.  He slowed played them a collected a lot of chips.  I know that Chris ran into a big hand with a straight to a full-house that knocked him out on the third hand at the other table.  The conversation was mild, but there was some discussion around black-jack, because Jack was out quickly. Jack was lingering and discussing card games.  Ryan started talking about a one deck table, in Vegas I guess?

The Hand of the Night (at least at my table) - Chocol vs. Evans

Chocol went out with a bang!  Chocol and Evans got into a hand. Chocol raised, Evans called from the big blind.  The flop came and Evans checked, Chocol bet, and Evans called.  The turn came and Evans checked, Chocol went all-in, and Evans called.  Evans made his straight on the river.  Chocol had a set.  Chocol went out and off! Evans had a straight and flush draw when making the call.  He was heard saying to Evans how could he play that way, Evans retorted that if Chocol pays his buy-in that he would play the way Chocol told him.  As Chocol left, he told Evans to "stay off his sets!" ?

Conversation continued - Black Jack and taking deck(s)

Baker, formerly known as Barker, said something about taking 1/3 of the deck and I believe it was Judd who said something about taking the whole deck!  I was hitting hands here and there, losing chips and gaining chips.  I was able to sustain and double up after both breaks.  Starr was knocked out tenth, one from the final table.  She played well and held her own.  The final six grinded for a while, Baker had some joke about that.  Oh yeah, just like Blanchard's mother.  Then Blanchard went all-in on him right after that joke.  Baker couldn't call.  Art went out in fifth, Baker in fourth, Eliseo in third, and Blanchard second.  Judd took it down.  The only big pocket pairs I had got beat.  With three remaining, I had KK and called, with blinds at 4000.  Blanchard went all in, Judd folded the big blind, I of course was chomping at the bit.  I called and Blanchard hit a four card straight with a 6-7 suited spades.  My Kings got cracked.  There went about half of my stack.  I was able to get a rush, with A-4, A-7, and A-8 all three in a row.  Going all-in and getting my 10,000 I lost back.  I hit a few more hands and was looking good.  Judd went all-in from the small blind and me in the big with 6,000 invested.  I called with J-Q.  Judd had K-2.  Nothing came out on the board for either of us and he won King high.  So Blanchard and Judd went heads up.  Blanchard tried to overcome the big chip stack of Judd's and was gaining momentum.  But, Judd won one big hand and Blanchard was down chips again, but this second run he did not overcome.  Judd took it down.

The Saying of the Night

I'm here every week or I'll be here all night.

Honor the House or get the fuck out!

I'm a little pissed!  My wife just told me that someone was possibly smoking in my home when she came in.  My home, is a no smoking home.  You can smoke all you want outside, but inside is off limits.  Respect the rules and DONT' FUCKING DO THAT IN MY HOUSE!!!!  If you want to continue to have hosts, then everyone needs to follow house rules.  I don't know who was doing it or what was going on.  But, if this happens in my house again, I will stop hosting.  Follow house rules or stay home and fucking get stoned!  I hope this is clear to everyone now, thanks!

PS. I will be hosting next week, so behave!  My son has an orchestra concert, so I will not be home until about 7:45 pm.  So, do not arrive until that time.  Thanks!

Smoking is permitted outside in front or back.  I recommend if you are smoking the funny stuff, do it in the back.  We do have a lot of police driving around the front.
